Description

This accident, involving 1 vehicle occurred on Saturday, November 27th 2021 at approximately 6:49 pm. The driver of blue Dodge (2015) swerving to avoid. Injuries were reported. Additional Narrative

The witnesses stated unit 1 was w/b on US 33 west of Watkins Rd at a high rate of speed. The driver of unit 1 was changing lanes to avoid striking the rear of one of the witnesses. Unit 1 then began to fish tail. The driver of unit 1 lost control; ran off the roadway to the left; struck the median ditch causing unit 1 to flip. Unit 1 then came to a rest on US 33 eastbound lanes. The driver of unit 1 was pronounced deceased at scene by Columbus Fire Medic 4 at 7:00PM. The Accident Investigation Unit responded to the scene.
