UNIT 02 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON UNDERWOOD NEAR ZANE ST IN THE INSIDE LANE. UNIT 01 WAS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF UNIT 02. UNIT 02 STRUCK THE REAR OF UNIT 01 WITH THE FRONT OF UNIT 02. UNIT 02 CONTINUED SOUTH CROSSING THE CURB LANE. UNIT 02 EXITED THE ROADWAY INTO THE PARKING LOT OF 601 UNDERWOOD AVE. UNIT 02 CONTINUED ACROSS THE PARKING LOT STRIKIN G A PARKING CURB AND A CONCRETE POST. UNIT 02 SEVERED A GAS LINE CONNECTED TO 601 UNDERWOOD AVE AND STRUCK THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 601 UNDERWOOD AVE CAUSING SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 02 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON THE SCENE SHORTLY AFTER EMERGENCY PERSONNEL ARRIVED ON SCENE.
