Additional Narrative

Unit 01 was traveling west bound on Bellefontaine; near Collins. Unit 02 was standing in the parking lot to the south of the intersection of Bellefontaine and Collins. Unit 02 attempted to run north bound across Bellefontaine. When doing so; Unit 01 struck Unit 02. Unit 02 was transported to Lima Memorial by LFD.
