Unit #1 while traveling E Bound in inside lane in the the 2500B of W State St struck Unit #2 in the rear while Unit #2 was legally stopped at a red light in the same lane. Unit #1 struck Unit #2 without appearing to have initiated his braking system causing significant damage to both units; and the death of Unit #1s operator. r n r n Unit #2 was legally stopped facing East at a red light in the inside lane in the 2500B of W State St when Unit #1 struck Unit #2 in the rear. The collision caused significant damage to both units and resulted in the death of Unit #1s operator.
