Additional Narrative

Witnesses state that Unit One was south/west bound on Sr 29 approaching Havemann Rd and had a red traffic signal to stop. Unit Two was East/North bound on Havemann RD and was making a left turn onto Sr 29 on a green traffic signal. Unit one failed to stop for the red traffic signal and struck Unit Two. Driver of Unit Two was pronounced dead at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
