The driver of Unit 1 was headed n b on W 130th in the thru lane. Unit 2; a pedestrian; was jay walking across W 130th w b from the south drive apron of 6221 W 130th as he pushed a yellow shopping cart. Unit 2 had the car into the turning lane and was stepping w b out of the thru lane when he was struck by Unit 1. Unit 1 went off the road right to final rest. Unit 2 was vaulted and landed in the roadway. He was transported to the hospital and pronounced deceased.
