Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling northbound on SR 100 north of TR 43 when the operator traveled off the right side of the road; started to skid back into the proper lane; and then started to skid clockwise into the ditch. After entering the ditch; the vehicle overturned and continued to travel northbound; overturning 2 more times. The operator of Unit #1 was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash. Unit #1 came to rest facing East on its roof.
