UNIT #2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON TROY VILLA BLVD. IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF TRAVEL; WHEN AT TABBY DRIVE; UNIT #2 BEGAN TO MAKE A LEFT TURN TO TRAVEL SOUTHEAST ON TABBY DR. WHILE MAKING THE TURN; UNIT #1 HAD BEEN TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON TROY VILLA BLVD. ALSO IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF TRAVEL. UNIT #1 ATTEMPTED TO ILLEGALLY PASS UNIT #2; IN SO DOING; UNIT #1 STRUCK THE DRIVER'S FRONT SIDE OF UNIT #2. UNIT #1 THEN CONTINUED LEFT OF CENTER SOUTHEAST LEAVING THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRIKING THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF 6861 TIGER DRIVE BEFORE COMING TO FINAL REST.
