This accident, involving 1 vehicle occurred on Wednesday, October 6th 2021 at approximately 2:07 am. The driver of white Ford (2008) drove off road. Injuries were reported. An officer from Columbus Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.
Crash occurrd on Cleveland Ave. south of Arlington Ave. on the east side of the street. Unit 1 was travelling north Cleveland Ave. and went of the roadside right striking two utility poles and coming to a final rest on the sidewalk north of Arlington Ave. Unit 1 rear passenger was transported by Clinton Township M61 to Children's Hospital in Critial/Life Threatening condition; where they were pronouced by Children's Hopital at 2:47 AM. Unit 1 front seat passenger was transported by Mifflin Township M132 to Grant Hospital in stable condition. Unit 1 Driver was transported by CFD Medic 13 to Riverside Hospital in critical condition. Unit 1 was towed by Eitels to the CPD Impound Lot. Witness stated they observed Unit 1 driving at a high rate of speed;
