UNIT ONE WAS DRIVING SOUTHBOUND ON NOBLE ROAD; IN THE INSIDE LANE OF TRAVEL; WHEN UNIT TWO (A PEDESTRIAN) DARTED WESTBOUND ACROSS NOBLE ROAD; FROM THE SOUTHERN PARKING LOT OF 2689 NOBLE ROAD; WHILE FAILING TO YIELD TO ONCOMING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC. UNIT ONE THEN ATTEMPTED TO SWERVE TO AVOID A COLLISION; HOWEVER STRUCK UNIT TWO (THE PEDESTRIAN) CAUSING FATAL INJURIES.
