UNIT 1 WAS STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN ON SOLAR DRIVE AT THE INTERSECTION OF SOLAR DRIVE AND US RT 40. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON US 40 WHEN UNIT 1 FAILED TO YEILD AT THE STOP SIGN AND PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF UNIT 2. AFTER THE COLLISION UNIT 2 WENT LEFT OF CENTER AND OFF THE ROAD WAY TO THE LEFT INTO THE DITCH. UNIT 1 SPUN AROUND WENT OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT INTO THE DITCH WHICH CAUSED UNIT 1 TO ROLLOVER OVER ONTO THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE VEHICLE.
