Unit 1 was traveling eastbound on Rolfes Rd. at about 35 miles per hour. The driver of unit 1 was looking into the sun. A male was walking east on the roadway in the eastbound lane. Unit 1 did not see the male walking. Unit 1 struck the male causing fatal injuries and also minor damage to the truck.
