Additional Narrative

On September 10; 2021; at 12:56 P.M.; Unit One was traveling eastbound in the food pantry line at New Life Church Ministries in Liberty Township; Highland County; Ohio. Unit One continued traveling eastbound; when a church volunteer walked in the gravel drive to get a cone. Unit One attempted to press the brake pedal; however; Unit One's foot slipped off the brake onto the gas pedal subsequently striking and running over the volunteer.
