Unit #1 was stopped; W/B on E. Broad St. approx. 10 feet east of the intersection of Sugar Lane; waiting to turn left (S/B) onto Sugar Lane. Unit #2 was traveling W/B on East Broad St. approaching the intersection of Sugar Lane. Unit #2 failed to maintain an assured clear distance of Unit #1. Unit #2 impacted Unit #1. The driver of Unit #2 was transported by Life Care to UH-Elyria. Sugar Ridge Towing towed Unit #2 to their impound yard. The driver of Unit #1 was not injured.
