Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on State Route 309 and had stopped at the inersetion of State Route 61 to turn north. Unit #2 was traveling westbound on State Route 309 and as it approached the State Route 61 inersection Unit #1 turned northbound and struck Unit #2.
