PER WITNESSES ON SCENE; THEY ADVISED THAT UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED EASTBOUND THROUGH THE PARKING LOT OF GEORGE DANIEL FIELD. WITNESSES ADVISED THE VEHICLE STRUCK A TREE AT THE SOUTH END OF THE PARKING LOT. WITNESSES ALSO ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TRAVELING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT; THROUGHOUT THIS PAST WEEK AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. ADVISED IT APPEARED TO BE INTENTIONAL.
