UNIT 2 WHILE TRAVELLING NORTHBOUND ON MAYFIELD RD. AND HAVING THE RIGHT OF WAY VIA GREEN SIGNAL LIGHT; PROCEEDED THROUGH THE INTERSECTION OF MAYFIELD RD AND TAYLOR RD; AT THIS TIME; UNIT 1 WHILE TRAVELLING SOUTHBOUND ON MAYFIELD RD; ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A LEFT HAND TURN ONTO MAYFIELD RD TRAVELLING EASTBOUND. WHILE UNIT 1 MADE THE TURN SHE FAILED TO YIELD TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC AND CAUSED THE COLLISION.
