Additional Narrative

Unit one was traveling northbound on SR175 (Richmond Rd). Unit two was southbound SR175 (Richmond Rd) and left the southbound lane and crossed over the center turn lane and entered the northbound lane of travel. Unit one collided with Unit two; causing disabling damage to the fronts of both vehicles. The SPAN Traffic Crash Investigation Unit was called to document the scene due to the fatal injury of the driver of Unit two. Reference RHPD report #2100805.
