Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling northbound on Forest Hills Blvd at a high rate of speed. Unit 2 was traveling southbound in the curb lane on Forest Hills Blvd. Unit 1 failed to maintain control of the vehicle after dodging a hole; causing the vehicle to travel into on coming traffic striking unit 2. Unit 1 and unit 2 then drove off the side of the road.
