U-1 was southbound on N Court St and pulled off at the address of 2150 N Court. U-1 drove across the parking lot striking an enclosed trailer; shoving the trailer over a small hill and into an awning on the building. U-1 continued eastbound across the parking lot through an open gate and into the corner of a metal building. U-1 and the building caught fire and the single occupant was found deceased inside of U-1. The damaged trailer is a 2018 30 ft. enclosed tandem trailer with Oh tag TRD 8610. The trailer is owned by William McCain 10929 Kingston Whisler Rd Kingston Oh 45644.
