This accident, involving 2 vehicles occurred on Saturday, March 27th 2021 at approximately 2:07 pm. The driver of red Ford (2009) ran stop sign. Injuries were reported. An officer from UPPER SANDUSKY Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.
Unit 1 was traveling west on West Johnson Street approaching South Eighth Street. Unit 2 was traveling north on North Eighth Street approaching West Johnson Street. Unit 1 failed to stop at the posted stop sign on West Johnson Street at South Eighth Street. The front of Unit 2 struck the back left side of Unit 1. Unit 1 spun and began to roll over. The driver of Unit 1 was ejected through the moon roof. Unit 1 rolled on top of the driver; causing entrapment. See supplement from Deputy Hoy with the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office.
