Unit 1 was stopped at the curb un front of 2945 Euclid Heights Boulevard. Unit #2 was talking to the driver of Unit 1 through an open passenger side window. Unit #2 fell to the ground as Unit #1 pulled away. Unit #2 (Pedestrian) was struck by Unit #1 s right rear tire causing fatal injuries.
