Unit 1 was stopped partially off on the road on White Oak R.oad within Bloomingburg Fayette County Ohio. Unit 1 while stopped was checking the phone; when Unit 2 struck the rear left side of the vehicle. Unit 1 went off road left . Unit 2 overturned on the left side of the vehicle. Both vehicle sustained disabling damage. Unit 2 insurance was unable to be verified at the time of the accident.
