Unit 1 was traveling WB on CR 16 when he lost control of his vehicle; crossed the center line of travel; striking Unit 2; that was traveling EB. Unit 1 continued off the left side of the roadway striking a tree. The operator of Unit 1 was ejected from the vehicle.
