Unit 1 was fleeing from pursuing law enforcement EB on Dingman Slagle Rd and was observed at speeds near or above 100 mph. Unit 1 appeared to drive off the right side of the road; overturned; struck a tree; and then a house in the 19000 block. The driver was killed upon impact. The damaged home belongs to: Mark Henman 19110 Dingman Slagle Rd Sidney OH; 43635.
