Unit 1 was traveling WB on Nilles Rd at 465 Nilles Rd; lost control; crossed over the center line; and ran off the left side of the roadway. Unit 1 then struck a curb; and a street sign; before striking a retaining wall in the lot of 465 Nilles Rd. The driver of Unit 1 was found deceased at the scene.
