Description

Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling NB on SR 117 and Unit 2 was traveling SB. Unit 1 exited the roadway right; reentered and overcorrected; causing Unit 1 to enter a clockwise spin. Unit1 then entered into the path of Unit 2; with the front of Unit 1 facing east; causing Unit 2 to strike Unit 1 in the area of the a & b pillar. Unit 1 sustained heavy and totaling damage; and the driver of Unit 1 was found to be deceased. Unit 2 sustained heavy front end and totaling damage and the driver was transported by EMS.
