This accident, involving 3 vehicles occurred on Monday, July 26th 2021 at approximately 2:26 pm. The driver of tan Chevrolet (2002) following too close / acda. Injuries were reported. Unit 1 was traveling NB on N Main St near 1220 N Main St directly behind Unit 3. Unit 2 was traveling SB on N Main St. Uni 3 had slowed down to turn left onto Harrington Memorial Rd. Unit 1 failed to maintain an assured clear distance; and struck Unit 3 in the left rear; causing Unit 1 to ride on its left tow wheels; then traveled left of the center line; striking Unit 2 head on.
