Unit 1 was traveling WB on Raccoon Valley Rd; near 3708 Raccoon Valley Rd. Unit 1 was negotiating a curve at an unsafe speed. Unit 1 left the roadway on the right; striking a ditch; fence; water through; and a tree. Granville Fire and EMS responded to the scene and pronounced the operator deceased.
