Unit 1 was traveling NB in the 1100 block of Kauffman Ave. Unit 2 was traveling SB in the 1100 block of Kauffman Ave. Unit 1 failed to maintain the current lane of travel and traveled left of center into the path of Unit 2. Unit 1 and 2 collided in a head-on collision.
