U-1 was traveling southbound on N Prospect St in the left turn lane. U-2 and U-3 were walking southbound across E Wooster St in a clearly marked crosswalk. U-1 failed to yield the right of way to the pedestrians within the crosswalk and turned left to proceed eastbound onto E Wooster St. U-1 struck U-2 and U-3 within the north/south crosswalk; causing damage and injuries.
