This accident, involving 1 vehicle occurred on Sunday, October 4th 2020 at approximately 1:40 pm. The driver of burgundy (purple) Chevrolet (2004) drove off road. Injuries were reported. Unit #1 was southbound on S. Williams Street and failed to make the right hand turn onto Fairground Drive and struck a directional sign with the passenger mirror of the vehicle. Unit # 1continued through the yard at 103 Fairground Drive and drove into Flat Rock Creek at the back of the property stirking a tree on the creek bank which caused the vehicle to flip over and it came to rest upside down and partially in the water of the creek.
