Unit 1 was delayed in traffic due to a semi pulling down telephone lines on State Route 736 at Taylor Road (Crash Report Number: 80-20-286). Unit 1 attempted to turn left (southwest) onto Taylor Road after passing several stopped vehicles. Due to the previous crash; causing the lines to drop; a telephone line was suspended approximately 3 feet above the roadway. This line was completely across both lanes of Taylor Road; making it not passable. Unit 1 impacted the telephone line; causing the unit to overturn. Unit 1 came to its final rest on Taylor Road on its right side facing the wrong way.
