Additional Narrative

U-1 was traveling north bound on SR 241. U-1 went off of the right side of the road striking the guard rail causing damage to U-1. No skid marks prior to the crash. Spoke with U-1 at the hospital who stated he thinks he passed out. No witnesses to crash.
