08/06/2020; 1811 hours; Unit#01 was traveling west on State Rt. 16 west and left the roadway into "alert/rumble strip" near the concrete median near the West Church Street access ramp. Unit#01 steered sharp right into a clockwise spin and left the roadway to the right and down an embankment and vaulting the access ramp and striking the ground again . The strike with the embankment ejected the operator and Unit#01 struck an untility pole. Unit#01 continued to roll through a fence and the passenger was ejected.
