Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on Dairy Lane; failed to negotiate a curve and slid off the left side of the road. Unit #1 overturned coming to rest on its top partially submerged in a creek. Supplemented 1/1/21 to change the light conditions from daylight to dark. 02/02/2021 - Blood test results and OH-2 supplemented with Coroners report findings.
