Unit#2 was northbound on SR-83. Unit#1 was eastbound on SR-604 and did not stop at the stop at SR-604 and SR-83. Unit#1 was struck by Unit#2. Both units went off the northeast side of the roadway. Unit#1 struck the other stop sign; both units went into a field.
