Additional Narrative

Unit #2 and Unit #3 were stopped in westbound traffic on I-80 in the right lane. Unit #1 was westbound in the right lane aprroaching the stopped traffic and struck Unit #2 in the rear. The trailer rear axles from Unit #2 detached and struck the back of the trailer of Unit #3. Unit #2 was forced off the right side of the road and came to rest in a ditch.
