Unit #1 was traveling south east on US 33. Unit #2 was traveling north west on US 33. Unit #2 was passing another vehicle on double yellow lines in a curve. Unit #2 struck Unit #1 head on. Unit #2 traveled off the left side of the roadway; struck a guardrail; rolled over an embankment and struck a tree.
