Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was stopped northwest on the shoulder of US 33. Unit #2 was northwest on US 33. Unit #2 drove off of the right side of the roadway and struck Unit #1. Both Units then traveled off of the right side of the road. Supplement 11/9/20: Unit #2 pre-crash actions changed to straight ahead; Alcohol and drug test changed to test given results unknown for a blood sample that was collected. Supplement 11/17/20: Unit #2 injuries changed to "Fatal" and notation made on OH-2.
