Unit 1 was westbound on US 250. Unit 2 was eastbound on US 250. Unit 1 went off the left side of the road. Unit 2 swerved across the centerline to avoid a collision with Unit 1 but struck head-on (in the westbound lane) with Unit 1 which swerved back across the centerline. Unit 2 then went off the left side of the road striking a fence and Unit 1 went off the right side of the road striking a fence.
