Additional Narrative

Unit # 1 was traveling west on SR 78 near mile post 22. Unit #1 crossed the center line and traveled off the left side of the roadway. Unit #1 struck the guardrail face; a guardrail end; and then a ditch. Unit #1 came to final rest on the south side of the roadway. Supplemented information on 11/4/2020: Crash severity changed to fatal; passenger Dustin Clegg injuries changed to fatal; contributing circumstances changed to drove off road; driver of unit#1 condition changed to fell asleep; and citation removed / voided.
