Additional Narrative

Unit # 1 was southbound on US 68. Unit # 2 was northbound on US 68. Unit # 2 drove left of center and struck Unit # 1. Unit # 1 drove off the right side of the roadway and struck a traffic sign. Unit # 2 drove off the right side of the roadway. This crash has been supplemented to include diagrams and measurements. The crash was supplemented on November 21; 2020 with the autopsy report toxicology for Unit 1.
