Description

This accident, involving 3 vehicles occurred on Friday, September 25th 2020 at approximately 1:20 am. The driver of orange Ford (1999) operating defective equipment. Injuries were reported. Additional Narrative

Units #1; #2; and #3 were traveling eastbound on SR 2 near MP 17. Units #2 and #3 were traveling behind Unit #1. Unit #1 experienced equipment failure which caused the vehicle to lose control. Unit #1 ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. Unit #1 then re-entered the roadway and came to rest in the middle of both eastbound lanes. Units #2 and #3 struck Unit #1's right side. Unit #2 came to rest on the left berm. Unit #3 came to rest on the right berm. SR 2 primarily runs east and west but in this particular section it runs north and south. **Supplemented to change contributing circumstances for Unit #2 and Unit #3.** *Supplemented 11/19/2020 to show Unit #1 urine results*
