Additional Narrative

Units #1; #2; #4; and #5 were northeast on SR 9. Unit #3 was southwest on SR 9. Unit #1 was overtaking #2;#4; and #5 units; when it returned to the northbound lane striking Unit #2 on its left side. Unit #2 overturned and was struck by Unit #4. Unit #1 went left of center striking Unit #3; then went off the right side of the roadway and caught fire. Unit #2 slid off the right side of the roadway into a ditch. Unit #5 was slowing when it overturned in the roadway.***Supplemented on 11/14/2020 for crash diagram and Unit #1 insurance information.
