Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was eastbound on CR 136. Unit 1 failed to negotiate a curve; traveling off the left side of the roadway striking an embankment and a rock. After striking the embankment and rock; Unit 1 went airborne; overturned across the roadway traveling off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree prior to coming to a final rest. Traffic crash was supplemented with corrections and additions.
