Unit #1 was westbound on SR 56. Unit #2 was eastbound on SR 56. Unit #1 slid left of center striking unit #2 head on. Unit #1 then slid off of the left side of the roadway and struck a tree coming to rest on it's left side.* 10/5/20 sequence of events updated; updated statement from witness.*
