Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was eastbound on Martinsburg Road. Unit #2 was northwest on Martinsburg Road. Unit #2 failed to negotiate a curve; drove off the right side of the roadway; Unit #2 overcorrected; crossed the center line and was struck by unit #1. After impact unit #2 then went off the south side of the roadway and struck an embankment. **Supplement #1 (10/2/2020): The coroner's report to include toxicology results have been added to the crash report.**
