Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was traveling southwest on CR-45 when it failed to negotiate a curve crossing the centerline. Unit 1 then drove off the left side of the roadway striking two trees. ** Supplement September 13; 2020. I was advised by Cabell County Medical Examiner the driver had passed away at 0630 hours.** Crash supplemented October 17; 2020; with information from the Medical Examiner's report.
