Unit 1 was making a left turn from a private drive on U.S. 23 NB. Unit 2 was traveling southbound on U.S. 23. Unit 2 failed to yield/stop at a red traffic signal and struck Unit 1 in the left side. *Supplement on 9/10/20 - the speed for unit #2 was corrected to match the statement that was given on the OH-3.
